Mill Creek Falls - Oregon

Avenue of Giant Boulders at the Base of the Falls
Avenue of Giant Boulders at the Base of the Falls

May 2007

Mill Creek Falls is located on Highway 62 near prospect, Oregon. Prospect is just southwest of Crater Lake National Park. The falls are a short hike from the parking lot and are easily accessible. From the falls you can hike further to what is called the "Avenue of Giant Boulders" at the base of the falls. This extra bit of hiking is well worth it - the boulder section features calm pools of water, sandy beaches, and breathtaking scenery. If you are traveling in the Crater Lake area, Mill Creek Falls is definately worth a stop.
