2016 Fall WY/CA/AZ/NM Trip, Javelina crossing the road at dusk in the Gila NF in south central New Mexico. Picture is poor quality because the Javelina never stopped moving at dusk and the low light conditions created a slow shutter speed. Our first new mammal species other than a member of the rodent family in over a decade. Our last new non-rodent mammal was a mink.
