On my recent nor-Cali coast trip I stopped in at Roundman's in Fort Bragg, as suggested by craig333, and bought some of their bacon as a visitor-gift to my brother's family. It was the thickest-cut bacon I've ever seen!
And speaking of my nor-Cali coast trip and fried potatoes, milt cooks up some great traditional (i.e., shredded) hash browns! Posted Image
