I have asked this question to the Tundra Solution site and had no response.Asked a WTW member from Santa Cruz and got a fix.

Any one wanting to disable the DRLs on a Tundra or may be any Toyota. There is a Gray connection located between the battery and the fender liner.Just move the battery enough to reach your hand in and disconnect the Gray plug connector than return the battery and tighten it down.Simple and you now have the choice to not have your headlights on all the time the truck is running.I find this to be a pain.I do drive with lights on but I think I am adult enough to turn them on myself instead of "big brother" doing it for me.
Hope someone else can use this info also.
