Foundation of wind powered generation station started in 1923 that was never finished. Located at the south east corner of Pahvant Butte @ 39' 07" 25 N, 112' 32" 58 W.

Yes they are. There are 2 sets of pillars that surround the building. They were supposed to support a track that would allow the windmill generator face into the wind. I guess the person building it ran off with the money and this is as far as the construction went.
