For me the front slider was an easy choice. I mainly use it for ventilation, but like the idea of being able to shimmy through the window to get into the cab of the truck.

I have a boot from Northstar that works very well to seal the gap, so the 2 windows are usually open. Some heat/cooling gets to the camper from the cab and I know when something is thrashing about in the camper. Random items can be stowed out of the way through the passthrough. I can get myself through the passthrough if sufficiently motivated.
