Tim, I noticed you sold your Wave heater and it looks like you are using a Mr Buddy heater. Is that the standard or larger one? I ditched my propane compartment for more interior room. So far I have no planned fixed propane appliances, but if that changes, I'm going to mount a bracket on the rear exterior wall to hang a tank.

I did sell the wave and spring for the big buddy. The wave 3 just was not cutting it. I want it to be hot in the camper after a day of skiing and the wave three bearly took the chill out of the air. Granted I did not have all my insulation still (no arctic linear, still some open holes :) But I was able to sll the wave for nearly what I bought it for since I got it on very good deal.

The big buddy is impressive. when cranked to 18000 btu she cooks us right out.  I usually turn it on high for about 10-15 minutes and it takes it from whatever to mid 60s. Then tone down to 9000 for all night comfort. I just wish it wasn't so big, I feel like it has a lot of empty plastic stuff, the useful parts of it are actually small.  And no issues at altitude yet. I'm happy with the switch.

Tim, that a fun video! Thanks again for putting these together and sharing! :)

As always thank you. Getting these days in like this really make working on it even that much more fun. And documenting the whole things, well its just exponential enjoyment.

Sorry, the source was not local. I ordered from MyTarp.com

https://www.mytarp.c...yl-fabrics.aspx

I got the 22OZ, I might suggest one weight less, not sure if the extra clunkiness is worth the extra insulation.

You doing a full build or just need a patch. I have a plethora of extra material if you just need some squares. Regardless let me know if you have any questions. - Tim

hey Tim..

We have our material for the pop up canvas and are going to tackle it soon..

Couple questions..

How did you keep the roof up without the canvas on?

When you put the trim piece on the outside and screw it back in, did you pre drill to prevent the canvas from getting twisted, or did you find that was unnecessary?

Thx
