My bad, your talking about the bracket that is part of the awning itself. Gotcha. I'll take a look at that later today. Let us know if the replacement is any stronger and what the rep states with regard to your problem

Paul at Equipt Outfitter sent me replacement L bracket or shelf at no charge and the new one is twice as thick metal as the original. It is not going to break. He also replace my Eezi Awn cover. It will be a project to replace the bag.
