Are there any Canadians on the forum who know where to source reasonably-priced Pirelli webbing for their Alaskan Camper?

Most US sources for whatever reason won't ship here and those that do (Ebay) don't sell Pirelli; they sell what sounds like a cheaper product from China and India (a product called Elasbelt). The shipping cost for this product, which the seller indicates is a replacement for "...the old style tan Pirelli webbing or jute...", is awful. Two rolls of 40' each is $48/per; shipping is another $48!!!

Is this material toxic, made of gold, or weigh a lot? Crazy!

I spoke to Brian at Alaskan Campers and while he does have it, he as well told me that the shipping costs are prohibitive.

I think the elastic webbing Elasbelt by Intes is a high quality product.

I would go to upholstery shops near you and see if they can order it direct

with the rubber pirelli you should get about 4-5 years before replacing it...campers stored inside will get more time out of it
