Another member recently asked me about changing your profile picture on the forum so I wanted to share how to do it if others run into this issue down the road.

1st. Be signed in to WTW

2nd. Click on your profile name on the top right of the page.  For me this is "Living the Dream"

3rd.  A pop-up will appear, click on either "My Profile" or simple your current profile picture (avatar).  This will take you to your profile page.

4th.  On your profile page you will see either your current photo or a stock image of a gray person outline. Move your mouse over that image to the top left of the image where you will see "Change".

5th.  When you click "Change" another popup will appear.  This is were you can select a picture from somewhere on your computer. For instance you can save a photo to the desktop of your personal computer and navigate the folder selection to this photo. It is very important to have a low resolution photo.

To downsize the resolution of a standard photo you can open the photo on another application, like preview on mac, and use "save as" or "export as" to save the photo at a much lower resolution.  Because the photo is so small on the site, the resolution of the avatar photo will still appear fine once uploaded.

These are the rough guideline for uploaded a profile picture.  If you run into other issues feel free to ask.  Tim
