Has made my day!  Bears Ears area is one of my favorite places, such variety.  The final Bears Ears national Monument is about 2/3's the size of the original proposal and excludes some key areas but it's a great start!

There is a map in this article.

Any word on which agencies will be managing these new monuments? They're certainly huge. I thought bears ears was a relatively small area not millions of acres. Haven't been following these closely enough it seems.

This Department of the Interior press release says Bears Ears will be jointly managed by BLM and USFS (in paragraph 12) and Gold Butte will be managed by BLM (paragraph 20).  There are links to maps in there showing boundaries by Surface Management Agency.

Between the two, it encompasses an area larger than the State of Delaware.
