Very nice!

I too have realized that buying an old one and making it what I want would require almost as much work as just building one.  I have the skills and can't afford to buy new so I might as well.

A couple questions though:

1.  What is the sealing tape you used on the corners?

2.  Where'd you get your siding?  I'm thinking of doing mine with flat aluminum sheet, but I do like the look of the more traditional corrugated siding.

3.  Where'd you get your windows and door?  I can't seem to find anyone that makes a good simple cheap window and no one makes a short door for obvious reasons.

The corner seal I used is Dicor Seal Tite tape with a special caulk that is also used.

The siding, roofing, roof trim, and door I got directly from FWC. I would advise against buying the siding or roofing from them as there prices were astronomical. The Metal Company in Colorado is where I should have got the siding from.

As for the windows, I did tons of searching on the internet until I could find the dimensions wanted and for a price I was comfortable with. The side window did not end up working out all that great, but it was a fairly inexpensive window so I’ll probably replace it with a better quality one in a year or two.
I spent a tremendous amount of time researching every little thing on the camper so that I would hopefully get it right the first time. I haven’t added up all of my receipts, but I’m sure I went over budget, but in the end I’ve probably got a third of the price of a factory camper into mine.
