If you are primarily interested in the power the fridge is using, either the amazon or powerwerx units installed on the power line to the fridge would do exactly what you want.   My response was more to Buckland about using these as a battery monitor, which would be less effective.

I have an Eagle with the roll over couch.  I removed the 3 way fridge, sealed up the opening and found three plastic containers  with lids that stack perfectly in that space.  My 52L Weekender fridge is mounted parallel to the front wall of the camper using the slide off bracket..  It never moves despite a lot of off road driving.  I can still open the top to access the contents with the inthe spa camper top down.  The only down side is that I have to remove it to access the battery compartment but that's not necessary very often.

Ideally, putting the fridge back in the space the 3 way came out of would be ideal but the fridge is too long and high for that to happen.
