I was thinking of upgrading my inside shower head and was wondering what the "go to" one is?  I see a few on the internet but they all say they're the best.  Any recommendations for our lower pressure setups?  Thanks-

I have adapted a regular pistol type sink spray for my shower head. Works well on low water pressure and easy/off. Also easy to hang on the curtain.

I purchased this back in 2010 and it's worked flawlessly every time, about 100 days each year, or about 700 times. Love it. One finger operation to turn on or off. Can't tell you the make or model, however, it should be recognizable if you find it on the web.

Thanks.  I was looking at one of those air injected ones-ecocamel....oxygenics... to save water while my wife still gets a good shower.  I like your two ideas for the outside one.

Ended up getting the fancy oxygenetics one for the interior, it's OK.  And one of THESE for the exterior shower and couldn't be happier with it-
