So I put two new 6 volt golf batteries in my hallmark. It says 12.7 voltage and oo.oo currents. Is that where it should be at?

What are you using to monitor the batteries?
12.7 is a good resting voltage for sure.

Is that a ZAMP controller or something else? Makes a difference. And under what conditions are you getting 0 current?
