Great! We have a few questions. Does it have a hot water heater? Any chance there is an outside shower? Can you send photos of the outside to my email address? Alidenn@gmail.com. Actually all photos you have sent to my email would be great. I’m having a hard time with the photos on the wander the west site.
And where are you located?

Why are you selling it?

Yes thanks, worked all day and no play at work!

No hot water heater, popular question. I heat up my water in a pan and hand wash myself down, same with the dishes. I live in  South Lake Tahoe and it seems to be below freezing at least six months out of the year so I don't even bother to fill the tank to just empty it again.

All vinyl is in amazing condition, I constantly 303 it and keep it in tip top shape. I have one 2' tear on the inside clear flap by opening it when it was around 7 degrees, on the inside of screen which is covered by the inside grey flap so no bug worries, plus a piece aof tape would fix that.

I covered the roof with a coat of EPDM liquid roof last spring so all good.

Why am I selling, long distance dating (monthly flights) and overspending put me in a slight budget crunch. I tend do go with extremes so it's time to sell the camper to humble myself and stick close to home for the Winter.

And for a bit of Blasphemy, I might be looking at a used Casita next year!

photos will arrive shortly.

Depends on who's doing it I suppose. I imagined two people armed with an air pressured staple gun could handle it. Starting in the middle and working your way out to the sides, stapling wood or plastic strips(plastic possible less condensation absorption) to hold it up.

These forums are filled with information that has been so helpful to me and could be to you if you decide to join the club!
