I applaude you for doing this yourself. I went the "easy" way and had ATC do it while I was passing through on a road trip. In my mind it was cheaper, less stressful, etc. and I got new jacks, etc.


This really wasn’t that difficult AI don’t think. You just cut back the trim, apply some foam tape to the inside of the bracket to seal them, and bolt them on. I got the screws from ATC, and a quick call to them will get you the name of the screws.

Do you know what bracket kit you got from ATC?

I bought the bracket kit with sockets (Atwood 85984) on eBay for $56. You should be able to find it ok.

ATC did give me the foam tape. Give them a call, they can tell you what to get.
