We have dual 6V batteries in our new Grandby, we need an inverter, I am going with pure sine wave, but there are so many on Amazon I have no idea which one to get. Any advise on a good model?

Samlex Solar PST-300-12 PST Series Pure Sine Wave Inverter

https://www.amazon.c...r/dp/B00H8N97E2

I bought this to charger camera batteries and laptop etc.  300 watt even ran a hairdryer on low.  I was very impressed looking at the low amp draw while it was running.  I did some research and came up with this model and brand based on good comments.  They do list other wattage 600, 1500 & 2000.

these look like very good quality inverters, but WO AAAAA pricey!!! $500 for a 1500 watt, not going to happen, but I appreciate the feedback

I use this guy in my camper and it works great. Not expensive for pure sine wave.  Don't use the cables that come with it, use good #0 cable to your batteries.

Not having any issues with mine. It runs a microwave, laptops, small video projector, phone chargers, etc.

Use the proper size wire when you hook it up.  It's pretty obvious reading the reviews some people don't read the instructions.

My advice is to stay with a quality product. Samlex, Xantrex, Magnum.... a few others.

I have a Samlex but have not used it much. I got it here and they have a well priced consumer model 1500 watt :)

+1

Look at these reviews... all go for the name brands HappyJax is recommending.  Good quality costs goodly cash.
