Have a shell with heater, stove and two batts. Doing some work and opened panel on inside by propane box and found two green wires? Any idea what they are for?

Possibly/probably solar pre wire. If so, the other ends are in the roof. Call FWC to get details.

On off switch for fridge fan? On my 2012 Hawk, it was an option. I added computer fans later.

I'll guess they are for connecting to propane tank if yours is equipped with floats but only because of where you found them and they don't seem to be polarized.

Green means go.  They must be go wires.

Without going to the shop to ask the guys on the line, my guess is that it is pre-wiring for the Rear Flood Light option.

Looking at where they are and that it looks like a switch could be installed to complete a circuit. It could be for the flood lights switch. The ends look like it has spade terminal and slide onto a switch. Use a meter and OHM check the wire at the fuse block location.

Have you checked them with a meter? Check to see if they are switched or are they have continuity to ground or have voltage if switched.

They are more than likely pre-wiring for flood lights. Most of the green wiring is lighting related.
