This guy gets into it. By far the best I have seen. Anyone seriously considering LiFePo4 should watch this video.
I love my LiFePo4 system so far ..... I would have liked some of this info when I did my research.
Good BMS discussion as well. RELiON offers a low temperature series which would certainly interest some folks.
At the beginning, he mentions “they are a little bit heavier” ... I am not sure what he is referring to as a comparison. I took a chance with this “newer tech” because they are so much lighter than most of the standard batteries. Like, half the weight, to begin with, & secondly, you get 90%+ use of the listed AH.
In summary this video offers, beginning to intermediate thoughts, about availabile options.

He very briefly flashes a few namebrands while speaking.  We all know about

Battleborn - https://battlebornba...-cycle-battery/

Elsewhere I think he mentions

ReLion - https://relionbatter...s/lithium/rb100

And this one in this video:

http://www.ruixulith...LIFEPO4-BATTERY

I also note that RUxXU makes a 100AH with individual cells that can have 3c discharge rate (good for inverters  and big draw appliances)  http://www.ruixulith...LiFePO4-Battery

This latter unit seems to have obvious advantages.  Am I missing something here?

Kinda new to the lithium battery, well not kinda I am. Was looking at what I understand battleborn was 3k-5k cycles, 10 year warranty ,135 degrees discharge and below 25 degrees no charge below.

Relion about same cycles could -4 to 140 degrees discharge. -4 to 113 degrees charging Both of these about the same cost. Didn't see warranty

Ruixulith lowest cost, I think they are >2000 cycles, it with a one year warranty I would not even consider this company.

Any thing else that is important to our application?

Thanks Russ
