My wife bought a double-nine set of dominoes and decided that we would bring them along on all our trips in the FWC.  I'm OK with that and we've had some fun evenings sitting around the campfire playing dominoes.

But - we don't know any good games beside just the basic straight-line matching numbers game.  So, you domino fans out there, how about recommending some good games and maybe some links to the rules?

Thanks!

Years ago a friend got us into "Mexican Train",it's a dominoes type game.

We use the double 12 set.

Inside the camper they just fit on a TV tray and play on the table.

It's a fun game.

So may we assume a friendly round of strip backgammon is off the table?

Steve how large are the tiles and where did you find them.

We gave up looking for smaller size tiles.

Frank, at last we used this set. They’re about half the size of the regular set, and have numbers not dots. It took a little bit to get used to dealing with the 6s and 9s, but they’re easy to use. I ordered from Amazon... just looked for travel dominoes.
