Found a wet area on the floor near the door. Water was getting in along the door frame. Looking at the exterior of the door frame it appeared there was some gaps in the sealing material. I confirmed with a feeler gauge, inserted it and it went in full depth of the flange in more than one place. Pulled the complete door assy and removed all old seal material and replaced it with rope caulk. I would recommend that anyone with an older camper inspect around the door and window frames as it seems the seal material FWC used fails over time allowing water intrusion..

Great advice. How old is your camper?

I had the bottom of my rear door leak on my 2016 Hawk. Driving through Arkansas in a down pour. Not sure the bottom of the door is sealed, I just put duct tape on it and fixed the problem.
