From what I understand, the above is fairly rare. True?

 

We may end up considering other manufacturers, but for now, we're going to look only for Alaskans.

 

Don't mind something that may need a bit of freshening up, but am not in the market right now for something that needs serious work. 

 

Would like to use this summer.

 

Will consider about any location in the US.
