No, there is a chuck that you put on a drill that goes in that white hole at the top. I used a 12v cordless drill and it works great.

There are 3 studs on the backside that fit into a corner plate attached to the camper. You can buy happijac plates or make your own. Very simple to do. Then just put on a lock washer and nut on each stud and tighten. Very simple and sturdy.
