Your looking at a minimum of 20K plus import to get a very basic (x military) U1300l .. cruising speed is 55-60 for a turbo OM352 tuned well with the appropriate axles.. Axles come in standard , fast and superfast flavors.. New Mogs can go way past 500K depending on the bells and whistles.
That being said...I would not drive anything else!
