NO LONGER FOR SALE. The financial situation that precipitated putting my camper up for sale has passed and I have decided to keep the camper for now.

-------------------------------------------

Location: Tucson, Arizona

I am reluctantly parting with my beloved 2012 Four Wheel Camper Fleet for personal financial reasons only. This camper has taken me comfortably from British Columbia to Colorado to Baja California, skiing, climbing, kayaking, biking, birding, botanizing. I'm sorry to see it go but I'll get back in the game eventually.

Camper was loaded with options when I purchased it from Four Wheel in June 2013. I bought it as a new floor demo model, not so much for the small discount but because I was moving to Canada and in a hurry (would have had to wait 6 months to have one build from scratch). I've added a number of upgrades over the years, as well as fixing or replacing some original components. All listed below.

Original components as shipped from FWC:

Mechanical jacks with upgraded heavy duty aluminum brackets
Dometic 3-way refrigerator (replaced with identical fridge, new, fall 2019)
Atwood propane furnace
Water heater
Outdoor shower
Two propane tanks
Fantastic Fan roof vent (rear), screen replaced recently
Regular roof vent (front), screen replaced recently
LED ceiling lights
Screen door
Yakima roof rack (extended tracks, to 10')
Exterior LED lighting
2 sealed deep cycle batteries
Regular 2 burner propane stove
On-demand water pump
Sink with Whale faucet (replaced twice, most recently in 2017).
Side dinette seating with swivel table
Louvered side window
Solar panel wiring by FWC (I installed my own panel and controller, see below)
Fire extinguisher
Smoke alarm
Carbon monoxide / propane gas alarm (replaced 2019)

Later upgrades and maintenance:

Gas strut roof lift assists, front and back
100 watt Global Solar solar panel. Flexible flat panel, glued to roof so it doesn't interfere with roof rack
Separate ProStar charge controller for panel
1000 W inverter
Replaced stock DC outlets with combo DC/USB outlet panel
Installed retractable latch for securing door open on slopes or in wind.
Replaced outside light by door
Replaced wimpy plastic fridge latch with beefy metal latch that holds it shut  on the roughest roads
Replaced the stock plastic fresh water drain valve (which broke about 5 times) with heavy duty metal flange and valve.
Replaced standard fixed Whale sink faucet with removable faucet with hose (handy for rinsing big pots in that tiny sink)
Replaced window and door mosquito netting a few times. Just one of those things you need to keep on top of.
I had FWC inspect the roof when I drove it to their Woodland, CA, factory to have the roof struts installed. They replaced one rivet in the carbon panels and declared the roof and support mechanisms sound and strong.

Known issues:

1. Normal wear and tear to inside cabinets and scuffing on floor.
2. Normal slight scuffing of roof vinyl but absolutely no holes or leaks.
3. Table pedestal has come detached twice (thanks to clumsy friends leaning on table edge). Each time I rotated it slightly, re-drilled and reattached to floor using heavier screws than stock.
4. I once scraped the left front roof rack under a ceiling beam in a low clearance parking garage. Not my best day. The only significant visible damage was to the left front support tower, which I replaced. But to be safe, I completely replaced the left track, cleaning and resealing with butyl tape and Silaprene, as per FWC's instructions. I then resealed the edges of both tracks. Not as pretty as FWC's original nice clean sealant bead, but it's just as waterproof, keeping me dry even in the biblical monsoon downpours of southern Arizona.

Price: $13,500
