Awning alert! 😎 I got tired of going in to my camper and removing my soaking wet stuff inside. Also wiping down my wet dogs inside. So I came up with this solution so I can shake off wet rain gear outside.

Great idea. Looking good!

The fabrication work turned out great. did you design the mounts in a CAD program before taking it to the fabricator?

Nice setup.  Wonder if your fabricator would be able to duplicate another pair?  We still need to add a F45 awning to the side of our camper like yours first though.

BTW.....who makes your rear bumper for the Ram?

Thank you,

Jon

No, I made a cardboard mock up and held it up to the camper to make sure the latch etc cleared. Then simply took the measurements off the mock up.  Old school.

I am sure the fabricator can do another set. It is pretty simple and straight forward. I even have a spare one that they can just copy.  The rear bumper and box set up is from Aluminess. I am going to do a video on it really soon; to give my honest opinion about it.

Cheers

Very nice job, Henry.  I think that the rear awning is a great asset.  Thanks for posting the video.
