Wallowa's thread about the WHite Rim Trail got me thinking and looking at dates, turns out White Crack Campsite is currently available for New year's Eve, matter of fact most campsites are available during that time so thinking about putting a trip together.  A quick Google search shows there have been a few trips around the WRT in winter but it's one of those things that you might have to cancel at the last minute due to weather rolling in.

I'd consider 5 nights on the trail, Airport, White Crack, Murphy's, Hardscrabble and Taylor would be my choices for campsites.

Just thought I'd throw it out there...

Bob,

Slightly?  Man I like your style!  That indeed would be an adventure.  Got me thinking, but we are going there in March; just the same a Winter run and I could bring my backcountry ski gear!  Takes three days to get there from here in the Winter....

Processing.................................... B)
