2007 Four Wheel Camper Eagle. Good condition. All systems work well. Features = Propane tank, furnace and stove, sink with manual pump faucet, awning, solar panel with controller, and house battery, ice box, LED interior lighting, polar package, porta-potty, lift jacks, Yakima roof racks, factory-installed custom step ladder, pre-cut under-mattress and window insulation kit, screen door, curtains, custom extra cushion, shore power hookup, Vent with reversible electric fan, table with pedestal, outdoor spotlight, outdoor hose. Manuals for every system included.
Extras: Leveling kit, rear luggage rack with shovel, camper dolly, trailer hitch with 1 7/8” ball, extension cord for shore power, clean drinking water fill hose.
Overview: We are the second owners of this Tacoma / Eagle combo. The camper has been meticulously taken care of and is ready to go now - “plug and play.” Minor repairs and upgrades have been made as needed (see description below - and detailed photos). The camper has been stored indoors or under cover most of its life. It has been mounted to the truck most of the time we have owned it. We bought the rig with about 50K and have put only about 30K on it in about 5 years. Usage has been light, as a recreational vehicle, mostly. The truck has been driven on the beach only twice, and on dirt roads a few dozen times (no harsh four-wheeling has been done). Fluid changes, tire rotations, washing and waxing, paint touch-ups, camper vinyl treatments, and other maintenance has been done per recommended schedule. The camper has no leaks and has been stored appropriately with no moisture issues / associated odors to speak of.
Truck Condition - Good (full disclosure): Tacoma is in better than average condition for a 13 year old truck. Does not have the “Toyota Tick.” No play in the steering. Brakes good. Interior in good shape with some wear on the driver side floor mat. Windshield has one tiny 3/4” crack that was attended to and does not seem to be spreading out. Some dings and dents on front and rear bumper (from previous owner), and one small dimple on driver’s side door.
Camper Condition - Good (full disclosure): There are a few minor issues with the camper that do not affect functionality or usage one bit, including: small 1” tear in rubber roof seal gasket (front right corner), minor crease in roof near front right side buckle, front two camper tie down eyebolts have been replaced. One sliding cabinet door removed and replaced with cargo net with pocket. Previous owner repaired water tank. Camper Tie Down Brackets (mounted to truck bed) were removed and repainted Spring of 2020 after showing some light surface corrosion. Roof vent had an issue with the hinge rod that was repaired. Replaced faucet 2019.
Reason for Selling: Bought in Seattle for use for weekend getaways. Now we live at the beach and don’t need to getaway!
Selling Terms: Asking $21,500 cash, no trades. Will not separate truck and camper. All (above mentioned) equipment included. Buyer picks up on Central California Coast. Transaction will be done at nearest Wells Fargo Bank. Pre-sale inspection allowed, paid for by buyer. Registered in California through April 2020. Clean title in hand, bill of sale provided for camper.
