Really wish this had been an actual development... Would love to see a hard-side, pop-up camper for a smaller vehicle (and even without a cab-over) - the Alaskan Mini is interesting, but very heavy. I also like the advantages of composites.

(second newbie post :) )

cheers,

I like my version better. Yours doesn't even have wood shingles. Lame.

So is this baby XP just an idea or actually going into production? Any floorplan layouts yet?

Hmmm, who do we know that has a compact truck and camps a lot including off roading that could test this for Marc. Gotta be someone that could hang out all day with Marc drinking and cooking. Someone that has a dog that can hang out with KC. Anyone like that out there?

Let's help Marc with the redesign... ? ! ? ! ?

76" ~ 78" wide, outside.

6.5' ~ 7.5' floor length (longer is better, considering the departure angle "cut" :D ).

5'+ interior height when top is down...

possible shorter cabover length option, for single and extended cab applications.

possible to adjust cabover bottom height for cab clearance adjustment.

any other ideas ?

I really like Marc's new redesign !

I redesigned it
