I think they are related to that Canadian company Westy. I've seen Westies around, usually with Canadian plates, but never an actual GTRV.

GTRV Sebastopol Ca. Owner Mike Reed. Does really good work. Put a 33 gallon water tank on my Sprinter conversion.

Actually the Canadian company is related to GTRV in Sebastopol Calif. GTRV does very nice work and if I had to do it over again I'd fo with them rather than Sportsmobile.
