...
In its current form features include = queen size bed, couch, porta-potty,stove, sink, 12 volt portable compressor refrigerator, auxiliary battery, 60 watt portable solar panel, Fiamma awning. Shell with factory upgrades $10,609. Since purchase I added a sink - $85.00, Engle MT35 refrig/freezer - $868, 60 watt solar panel and controller- $145 (www.solarblvd.com), replace bed mattress foam- $280. Fabricate four mounts to bolt camper to frame $400, Move electrical from old Tacoma to new and add a special 12 volt 10 gauge plug to run refrigeratopr $175. Fabricate a receiver bar step $87.00. With upgrades Current investment $12,649.

If your on a budget the shell model is a great way to get started. If your handy with wood you can save a lot of money doing it yourself. If not you can buy the base components from FWC installed at the factory.

Thank you for the info. Are the items in bold duplicates in your camper or only here in the thread? Seems redundant if they are in the camper.
I live in an apartment and do not have much ability to fabricate anything. I would love to one day have a real garage/shop to fab stuff.

Hi ETA,
Not clear what you mean by "duplicates". After I took delivery of the camper I added the counter, camped witout a sink for a couple of weeks then started adding for comfort: sink, replace mattreses, refrigerator, solar panel, one burner stove, and a small Coleman 12 volt lantern to read by in bed at night.

Does this answer your question?

ETA,

Re: Items in bold type in thread

I did not "bold" them when I updated this subject.

I decided that as I changed the inside components I would update the reader as to what works for me. As I reread my post I edit the wording for "clarity" to the reader.

I put them in bold because I was confused. Thank you for clearing it up.

Happy Holidays to all.

A big thanks to Ski3pin for giving me the procedure to inset photos into the post text.  Makes the report easier to read I think. Check it out.

Jim,
Does your front window remove or drop down? I seem to have a vague recollection that this was offered as an option at one time.
Thanks

Added a coat hook to passenger side rear. (see January update).

Will test it next month on my planned week at the Saline hot springs.

Jim, how did you go about installing the drain for the sink? How did you locate the place to put the hole in the camper wall, and what did you use to make the hole?
