Did you consider support to the brackets that hold the tail gate up?

I thought about it but did not use them.

Are you considering storage on your front hitch?

At this point no, although at some point I might add a bike rack to the front end. For the time being it's equipped with one of these skid plates.

Grumpy,
Need a little help with my installation.
With the storage box on the hinge side of the door, how do you keep the door open? Can you still use the "door holder" on the top? I've got the AT jerry can holder and plan to put it on the hinge side.

To answer your question on the rear plate. It can not be higher than 54" and no lower than 12" from the ground measured from the center of the plate. If you drive the rig at night the plate needs to be lighted at visible to the rear approx. 200'

No. we use a bungee.
