The wiring loom that goes from the OEM camera and out the tailgate is:
This is a ford part number ordered through their online site. The pinout for the camera connection I will post next week when I get home to look it up. Thanks.

Okay, so pulled the Ford camera from the tailgate handle and removed the pigtail. With camper in place dropped the spare tire drilled a hole in the sheet metal to accept the camera lens and also the fasters (see picture). Picked up a piece scrap of 1/2" acrylic and drilled a hole in in to accept the camera lens (see picture). I roughed up the acrylic with rough sand paper a glued the camera to it. I use marine Sicaflex which can be purchased at a marine hardware store. I is better than silicone but can be taken apart if the camera ever needs to go back in the tailgate. If you are not ever going to put the camera back into the tailgate I would use Dow 5200, but know it is permanent. So, after glue sets up. I drilled and tapped three 8-32 polished hex oval head stainless steel screws to hold in place. Works Great,... just like original because it is original with the exception of a slightly different viewing angle which frankly might be better in my humble opinion.

Nice job Kispiox. I may do that to mines as well. As for my previous post, I looked up the pin-out for my 2013 F150 FX4 and they are as follows:
#1 VT-BN (wire color violet/brown) 12v+
#2 not used
#3 BRN-VT 12v-
#4 WT-GRN Video +
#5 BK-GRN Video -
#6 not used
Depending on your truck, year, etc. It may vary. Best to use a volt meter to check for the 12v+ and ground. The other two would be the video connection. Just connect the camera and look for the video. If no display, reverse the connection. It should work with just about any third party cameras sold on Amazon. (of course, not the same quality).
