Here's a composite image of the lunar eclipse, aka Blood Moon taken in Nevada City.

There were lite clouds drifting in and out of the shot, so the moon is somewhat dim and fuzzy.

FG light on the Firehouse Museum is just local light from the town.  I don't recall exposure, but prolly 30 sec

FG light on the Firehouse Museum is just local light from the town.  I don't recall exposure, but prolly 30 sec

Ray o Vac makes a neat little LCD lantern that you can wrap with a piece of colored plastic to illuminate objects.   The lantern is about $20 at Home Depot or Lowe's.   It's a 4 D cell job, and is also nice for around the camper.
