I've done a solid search for replacing the vinyl on a four wheel camper, can anyone direct me to a comprehensive build that has been done? I would love to learn more prior to committing to this project myself. Thank you.

Have you contacted either FWC or ATC for some info about rebuilding the liner?

They could give you some tips I would guess.

I'm sure they will be on my list for information, but so many members here have done such fantastic write ups, it would be great if I could follow a recipe build.

Wow, that's ambitious.  If you are close to the factory, the labor isn't much and you can (or could) have them do the panels at the same time and it only takes them a day.

Here's a thread where a guy did a major re-build/tear-down that included removing the "canvas" (another word to describe the soft sides):

"Gutted Fleet"

It may give you some guidance for some of the steps.

Maybe do a search on "canvas", if you haven't already.
