I thought of that, but have some cashflow issues. I'd thought of making the poles/structure, and then going to a local sail maker and getting something sewn up. I figure maybe $300 parts and labour.

That is similar to what "takesiteasy" made for his camper.
His is a screen extra.
Might check with him.
