Spot Comments:

  • This is a somewhat serious road - 4wd highly recommended. And we took some chances with our Four Wheel Campers on this route - driving this in a truck camper is not for the faint of heart.

  • If you're so inclined, you may read my Lippincott Trip Report here in the WTW forum: http://www.wanderthe...hp?/topic/3143/

As Dirty Dog states, this road is definitely NOT for the faint of heart. Seriously, don't do it if you don't like being extremely close to the edge of mountain roads. A foot or so a lot of the time. You may even have to get out and move rocks or boulders around to get over some areas.

Super fun once you get through though. For a real challenge...start at the bottom!

Oh, and I'd highly suggest NOT doing it in anything BUT a 4WD vehicle. A thin one!
