Green Creek road has a lot of excellent dispersed camping areas. Skeeters can be very bad here so come prepared!

Green Creek Road provides access into a beautiful glaciated canyon. There are many dispersed sites along Green Creek. At the upper end is a USFS campground along with a trailhead for the Hoover Wilderness. This is really a spectacular area that can be pretty busy in the summer.
