Getting There 
To access Bear Valley Campground from HWY 21, between Lowman and Stanley, turn west onto Bear Valley Road/Forest Road 582/579. Continue on Forest Road 579/Bear Valley Road (stay right) at the two forks. The campground will be right after the second fork in the road.
