Spot Comments:

  • When not flooded out, this is a great campground for tents and small campers.  Absolutely no generators!!

Showers can be had across the hiway at the motel swimming pool.

  • Just outside this campground is a water fill station. Great to know as we like to keep topped off with water when we visit Death Valley!

  • We recently spent a night here and found it a comfortable campground that offers a bit higher view out across the Furnace Creek area than the other two campgrounds in this area. The price was very reasonable at $14 a night for a campground with flush toilets (& waterless urinal system). It is $7 a night with a senior pass (geezer card) or inter-agency access pass. That makes it a deal if you want to stay in an established campground in this central location.
