A friend of mine once rode his montain bike on closed, washed out mining roads from Aguereberry Pt to Trail Canyon road and then out to the playa and finally the pavement thousand of feet below.

For years he claimed the the 6600 ft descent as a record; however, the hitch-hike back to his truck at the Aguereberry Point might have been harder and taken longer :-0

You nailed it Sunny. I was absolutely blown away when I first was there. The entire valley north to South at your feet. And carved out all by hand by a guy that just wanted everyone to see it. Amazing!
