Lassen, and a bird's eye view of Shasta Lake's sparkling waters, too! This lookout is for the adventuresome - those who don't mind driving 10 miles on a road recommended for 4-wheel drive vehicles, and packing their gear 1/4 mile up a trail to the lookout.
