We have never met, but I have been watching your adventures in building and using the XP Camper for awhile now. I also had heard through DD that you were a chef, but I had no idea how much of a chef! These are really cool dishes that not only look tasty, but look beautiful. I am blown away and hope that someday my wife and I will be able to spend some camp time with you and maybe pick up a few tips and tricks.
God we love fennel and this looks so darn tasty! Cooking, the other side of camping we haven't explored much. Thanks for the great photos and the need to wipe off this monitor!
