Actually this is a very peaceful picture that doesn't capture the true chaos that is Ft. Stevens. I was almost run over by a kid on a bike just after taking this photo....
You are correct on the "Chaos" !!
When our kids were at home (now both enjoying the USAF) we would do something i coined as "spy hopping". We would drive around the Ft Stevens campground in our lemo-tinted volvo XC wagon and look at all the different rigs in the sites. All the foot and bicycle traffic is crazy!
