Ouray, Here's my Rube Goldberg set up for drawing water from the 7 gal jugs. I also chose the portable jugs as it's much easier to swap them out rather than trying to fill a built in tank. I used the same faucet  the  OP did. Here's my sink top also. Forget to mention, All the fitting were found at Home Depot. A plastic barbed fitting that screwed into the Reliance cap, then a piece of 1/2 copper that slid down through it. Then brass fittings to the quick coupler. I need to find some "food grade" fittings for the quick coupling though.

very clean, looks good.

FYI - here is the Reliance Anti-Gravity Pump for the Reliance water jugs.  I saw it used in a teardrop camper bit I can't tell you how well it works.
