On my 2005 Hawk I used three cable Jacks; two on the heavy side on one on the light side.  One leg pad was already slightly crushed when i got the setup so i made sure to always position it ahead of the tire and it did get run over each time.  It was always sketchy.  My current Hawk has corner brackets and since I have three vehicles I rarely take the camper off but when I do it is very solid with four corner jacks.

How about getting rid of the tripod legs for the two jacks forward of the tires?   A flat plat and welded tall sleeve.   Easy to drive over.   Example would be an umbrella base as shown in the pic.
