Trade my Wellcraft Excel 23' walkaround boat w/ 200 hp outboard for ATC or FWC?

My boat is clean, only 400 hrs on original boat and motor, freshwater only. Cabin has portahead (not used), v-berth for 2 people, stove, sink, view ports, ceiling vent. It is a fishing boat boat with recessed rod holders, livewell, 2 vhf radios, many wet and ry compartments, never bottom painted, wth 200hp oceanpro outboard (compression good on all cylinders. Also great for recreation on a lake or coastal areas. Eagle tandem axle trailer with surge brakes.

I am interested in an ATC or FWC.
