I own a 16 foot canoe and love paddling it but I really didn't want to carry it on top of my pop up camper because A) I may not be at the lake yet and don't need to launch the canoe and B) I already have a loaded roof box, so the combined weight is a lot, even with a speaker stand.

So I bought a couple of pack rafts! I didn't even know that was a thing! After using them for a few trips, I did a video on it. Perhaps this would help some of you.

There are several of us on this site that carry inflatable kayaks and other inflatable craft. Glad you found something to get on the water, it will expand you camping adventures.

In to canoeing also but not really interested in pop-up but for starters who are not into carrying heavy things this could be the solution. Plus if you have many baggage on the trip then for sure bringing a hard canoe is not a solution. Would love to try this and I might even be surprise if I would love this more.
