Fist pics with the 55-210 lens. Plenty of subject matter here on the farm. Redwings Blackbirds nesting in numbers in the plot now. They really go crazy when you approach their nest locations. They land close and make great practice.

Wow that looks great! Probably you mentioned earlier the model of camera that you use to make photos but I cannot find it. So what camera do you use? :)

Crop sensor Sony!  You get the 1.5 effective advantage of focal length with the full dynamic range of the Sony sensor, as mentioned by Wandering Sage.  Sweet!   Your 55-210mm reach is equivalent to 82-315mm on full frame. You can also play with single shot focus vs continuous (blowing flowers, BIF etc) and manual focus (good for macro, landscape, tripod work).

I moved from Canon to Sony two years ago and it's really cool to see their menus are consistent between bodies.

Can I ask you why you decided to move from Canon to Sony? I'm just curious.
